Coretech

Coretech core materials are made of synthetic veils that are volumized with thermoplastic microspheres. They are ideally suited for closed mold processes such as vacuum infusion and RTM light.

Fiberglass reinforcements

We offer standard materials as well as customized reinforcments meeting your needs; in terms of required width or complexes made of up to five different layers.

        Fiberglass woven roving 

  • various weave styles like plain, twill, atlas, panama, warp-UD, weft-UD
  • from 300 to 1200 g/m²
  • up to 300 cm width
  • tapes from 15 cm width possible

       

        Complex of mat/woven roving (Combimat)

  • plenty of combinations possible (various woven fabrics with 1-2 layers of chopped strand mat or powder mat)
  • from 30 - 300 cm width possible

       

        Complex mat/PP/mat (RTM mat)

  • fiberglass reinforcement with flow medium (PP)

       

        Flowcore FR

  • fire-resistant complex made of chopped fibers and 100% fiberglass core
  • excellent drapability

  • 127 cm standard width, up to 254 cm possible

        PAN veil

  • 60 and 80 g/m²
  • for excellent surface quality of FRP laminates made in closed mold process
